Representative Lynn moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Lynn was required to vote. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSSSHB 29(JUD) am, thus adopting SCS CSSSHB 29(JUD), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSSSHB 29(JUD) am?" Representative Rokeberg moved that the House rescind previous action in failing to adopt the effective date clause on SCS CSSSHB 29(JUD)(efd fld). Representative Harris placed a call of the House and lifted the call. The question being: "Shall the House rescind previous action in failing to adopt the effective date clause?"
